JOY PILATES STUDIO POLICIES & WAIVERS

POLICIES

• I understand that either advanced payment with a credit card, debit card, check or with cash is required for ALL bookings

• All packages and purchases made to Joy Pilates are not-refundable.

• All group class packages expire automatically after 2 months from date of purchase.

• All private lesson packages expire automatically after 3 months from date of purchase.

• 1 No-show per 10 private lessons allowed without taking class credit per emergency purpose. Please let team know to give class credit back to your account.    

• I understand that all session appointments and group classes are subject to a 9-hour cancellation policy, and that if I fail to cancel prior to the appropriate time I will be charged for the full amount of my scheduled session.

• I understand that if I have not shown up within 20 minutes of my scheduled private session or group class time, I will be charged the full session fee. My teacher is not responsible to stay past 20 minutes if I have not called to say that I am coming. 

• All packages and purchases made to Joy Pilates are NON-REFUNDABLE. All packages expire automatically after 6 months from date of purchase. There will be a $25 fee for all returned and bounced checks.

WAIVERS

Liability Release: In signing up I agree that Joy Pilates is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes at Joy Pilates may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Joy Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
